Yoga with Kyoko

I was introduced to yoga at
age 13 and had practiced a number of yoga poses on and off for a good portion
of my life until five years ago. However, my yoga practice back then was
nothing more than stretching exercises. In late 2002 my neurologist
recommended yoga, emphasizing that breathing practice might help for the
migraine and fibromyalgia-like symptoms that I had been suffering from for
over a year. Since then, I have been practicing yoga very seriously along
with a special diet. Yoga has helped me, not only to ease my pains but also to
restore gradually the balance in my system. I have been certified in
Basics and Level One through Kali Ray TriYogaÒ International, |
