General
The class is 75 or 90 minutes in length, and consists of TriYoga flow (yogāsana) deep relaxation (yoga nidrā), breathing practice (prānāyāma), concentration, and meditation. It is encouraged to bring your own mat although there are several mats available to use. Other props such as blocks, pillows, and bolsters are provided.
Class Levels
Basics: For students who are new to TriYoga, those who want to develop flexibility,
strength and endurance, and those who prefer a gentle, restorative class. Basics
is the foundation for all classes as well as a complete practice in itself. You will
be introduced to core alignments, wavelike spinal movements, and the principle of
flow. Since core alignments are refined, strength and flexibility are increased in
all areas, and breath awareness is developed, students at all levels can benefit
from a Basics class.
Level 1: This is the second level at TriYoga. You will be introduced
to new postures and flows while what you learned in Basics classes are refined and
deepened.
