
Yoga Workshop: Learn how to practice yoga at home
Have you been thinking about taking a yoga class after hearing all the benefits of yoga practice? However, you have not found a yoga class held at the right time or on the right day? Or you have already attended yoga class from time to time. However, your busy life is preventing you from attending the class on regular basis and you haven’t received any of the benefits of yoga. Here is a workshop for you.
Learn mini yoga flows (a series of poses) and the basic breathing techniques each week. You will receive verbal and written instructions of how to practice yoga at home. You are required to practice minimum of three days a week for 15 minutes to start and will gradually build their own yoga practice. By the end of this workshop, you will breathe better and feel better.
